Hi, I'm Nicole
Colee's Treats & Eats started as a hobby and became a business in March 2020. It came out of a hard year and the loss of my granny, who was one of my biggest supporters. I was always home baking and cooking for family and friends, so I decided to build something I could grow and one day pass down to my children.
I make everything from scratch, and baked items are made to order so they are always fresh. I specialize in both sweet and savory. Customer service and communication are always my top priority, and I set out to put out nothing less than I would be happy to receive myself.
I am a full time mom of three and a student on the Dean's list, and my mom and my husband work events right alongside me. In between homework and orders, we make it happen.

The spicy pickles
They are my top seller and they are not an afterthought. Fresh cucumbers, my own blend of seasonings and the right amount of spice, then packaged and sealed. People order the pickles and the cake in the same message.

Not just the cake
A lot of orders end up being the centerpiece cake plus everything around it: cupcakes, cake pops and dipped treats, all finished in the same colors so the table reads as one thing rather than a collection of separate orders.
